data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The network was launched at the end of 2025 by the Congress of Local Authorities from Moldova, in partnership with SALAR International, within the framework of the PACE Local project.<\/p><p>The aim of the network is to strengthen the capacity of local public administration and facilitate the active involvement of local communities in
