submit bids for the preparation of the technical design documentation (PT) for photovoltaic systems and electrical modernization works in the amalgamated Ro\u0219cani\u2013Teli\u021ba\u2013Calfa cluster, Anenii Noi District.<\/strong><\/p><p>Within the framework of the project \u201cLocal Public Administration, Citizen Engagement (PACE Local), 2025\u20132029\u201d, funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida), SALAR International is requesting bids for the technical design of six objectives: four rooftop photovoltaic systems (40\u201355 kW, connected to the Premier Energy network) and the modernization of internal electrical installations in two kindergartens.<\/p><p>Submission deadline: 8 May 2026, 22:00 (Chi\u0219in\u0103u time)<\/p><p>Requests for
